How does it work? Come as one, or get a crew together and secure a table of 8:
- You can buy individual tickets, and we will make up a table of 8 on the night (where possible we will try to group people together whose kids are in the same year).
- If you have a group of less than 8 and would like to sit together, then email us on menpspta@gmail.com and we will seat you together!
- Or you can buy a table of 8!

Dress code
The dress code is “Music legends” - this is your time to be a rockstar! Get the dress up box out. We can’t wait to see you as Elvis, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Bono, TayTay, Elton John, Katy Perry, Prince, Beyoncé, Dolly Parton, Kylie Minogue, Freddy Mercury, Lady Gaga, Kiss, Ed Sheeran… the options are endless! Prizes for the BEST DRESSED!!
What to expect
Bingo: This is traditional bingo with a musical twist. Instead of numbers being called out, our resident DJ will be playing old school bangers. If the song title is on your bingo card, simply place your chip over the song title. Expect singalongs and dancing as we relive the 70s 80s and 90s! Great spot prizes up for grabs!

Live Auction: At 9pm we will take a break from Bingo for our Live Auction! Check out the prizes on our Galabid site now. We will accept phone bids for these live auction items if you can't be in the room on Saturday - just email us on menpspta@gmail.com before Friday 6th Sept to arrange!
Silent Auction: Our Galabid site is open for bidding NOW!! You can bid on over 95 incredible prizes donated by generous local businesses and families now - this will be open for bidding until Sunday 8th September at 5pm. app.galabid.com/
Raffle: A school fundraiser is not complete without a hamper raffle - raid the loose change supplies and grab a raffle ticket on the night. Awesome goodies up for grabs thanks to our generous local businesses. The raffle will be drawn after the auction. Eftpos & cash accepted.
DJ: With all the formalities over, let’s hit the dance floor!

No, this event is for parents and caregivers.
How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets go on sale 1 August via Kindo. If you want to purchase a ticket with cash then please contact menpspta@gmail.com to arrange.
Will there be door sales?
No.
Do I need physical tickets?
No, we will have a list of ticket holders at the door!
Do I need to organise a table of 8 to attend?
There is the option to purchase a table of 8, OR you can buy individual tickets and we will arrange tables of 8 for the night. A great chance to get to know other MENPS parents! If you have a few people you would like to sit with on the night then please just email names through to menpspta@gmail.com and we will make sure you are on a table together.
What food is provided?
Ticket prices includes delicious Toto’s Pizza – there will be vegetarian options available.
What about drinks?
There is a full service bar at Rocky Nook Bowls Club. It will be pay as you go on the night. Eftpos and cash available.
Do I need cash?
Eftpos and cash facilities available for raffle.
What are we raising money for?
All profits from the event + auction will go straight to MENPS to be invested our kids education. Thank you for your support!! Every dollar counts. If you can’t come to the event, then take a look at our auction items - anyone can participate in the silent & live auction whether you attend the event or not (details to follow).
Do I need to attend the event to participate in the Auction?
No! The Galabid online auction site will be open to ALL to bid on the epic prizes for two weeks prior to the event. We will also take phone bids for our live auction on the night. Details to follow!! .
